Rental Terms and Conditions

Payment & Cancellations

Deposits: A partial payment or credit card hold is required when you reserve the rental. The remaining balance is due 2 days before pickup.

Cancellations: If you cancel outside the grace period (3 days before), you forfeit 25% of your deposit or total if paid in full.

Gratuity: A service fee of 20% is added to total cost to tip driver.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

Vomit/Bodily Fluids: Cleanup charge is $250 per incident.

Trash: Leaving trashed or excessive debris will result in $150 cleaning fee.

Physical Damage: The person who signs rental contract is financially responsible for any damage.

Alcohol & Age Rules

Underage Drinking: Strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

Container Type: Glass is banned. All drinks must be in plastic or metal cups.

Open Container Laws: You can drink inside bus, but it is illegal to carry open alcohol off bus when making public stops.

Code of Conduct & Safety

Passenger Limits: You cannot exceed the legal capacity of the bus. Doing so violates Department of Transportation laws.

Driver Authority: The driver can immediately end the trip without a refund if passengers get overly aggressive, harass the driver, or engage in illegal activities.

Prohibited Items: Confetti, glitter, and smoking are banned.
